The 1963 Olympia SF Deluxe is an excellent machine that is great for travel/portability. The quality you’d expect from Olympia. This is a QWERTZ keyboard.
Types very well and while it has the English alphabet, this is also a Czechoslovakian keyboard with additional German symbols. So this is a multilingual machine. You can type English with it but it will be missing the “!@#$%^&*()_+{}[]:;?/><” symbols
Be sure to watch the typing demo and look at the keyboard images.
The exterior is in excellent condition – almost looks new. Mechanically it is sound and also in excellent condition. You will LOVE this typewriter. The typing video will walk you through how to use this typewriter PLUS you can see how well it works before you purchase.
