A very handsome fella! A great typewriter that looks and works beautifully but does have a couple of minor quirks. If you’ve always wanted an Olympia but find them a little out of your budget, this is going to be a great option for you. These quirks are easy to work around and shouldn’t impact performance, but I also can’t price it where I normally would.
- The carriage release lever sticks down so you have to manually lift it back up.
- Font imprints a little uneven.
Again, mechanically, it is a solid typing machine. Please watch the video for a clear explanation. Can easily handle any project. Ideal for medium-to-heavy use.
A new ribbon is installed and comes with the original case.
